Find a home you like, click Apply, and complete the online application. You'll need a photo ID, proof of income, and your rental history. Most decisions come within 1–2 business days.
Generally household income around 3× the monthly rent, a credit and background check, and verifiable rental history. We apply the same standards to every applicant - see our rental requirements page for the full details.
$45 per adult, which covers screening. It's collected when you submit your application.
Yes. Use the Schedule a Tour page to pick a home and a time - in-person or self-guided. There's no obligation to apply.
Absolutely. If you don't have prior rental history, just let us know on your application and we'll talk through it with you.
